Workers are critical to the success of any organization. This part of the B Impact assessment measures the way a company treats its workers. Workers’ financial security 💸, health 🩺, wellness 🍎 and safety 🥽, career development 👩🏽‍💻 and worker engagement and satisfaction 👍🏾 are all measured by this part of the assessment.

Examples of questions you may find in this portion of the assessment include:

• What percentage of full-time employees are paid at least the equivalent of a living wage for an individual?
• What percentage of full-time employees are enrolled in your company’s healthcare plan?
• What percentage of employees have been internally promoted within the last 12 months?
